I have used this company twice now for window replacement and general home repairs. Both times they have been extremely professional and polite. The work has been completed on time and correctly. I would highly recommend them for general contract work.

We found that our shower door had leaked and damaged the bathroom subfloor. Most contractors we called were too busy to come over, except for Ryan. He agreed to make an estimate, came in a timely manner, and very kindly explained everything to us. 84th Street Construction also agreed to do the job sooner when they learned that we had already taken the toilet off and couldn't use the bathroom. The workman who did the job also came on time, offered to answer all our questions, and did his work cleanly and professionally. He even installed the new toilet for us despite it not being in the estimate. The job was done professionally and very quickly. We also found the price to be very fair. We are very happy with the new subfloor and will gladly work with Ryan and 84th Street Construction in the future. Thanks guys!
