Charged $210 for service call but did nothing to repair. Promised to provide estimate and was scheduled to return but didn't. Left us with no water. All we got was "sorry" after taking off work and waiting the whole day only for them to no show. Won't use again.

Called this service to come out to one of my rentals where a tenant was having uses with their hot water going in and out. I had an appointment booked for Monday and no one ever showed up. Called them and they said I was never on the schedule...I had to rebook for the next day and waste another 2 hours of my day waiting for them (they did show up) . I run multiple businesses I don't have time to wait around for people not to show up. After completing an inspection and repairs (zone valve and aqua stat) it cost $700.00. Less than 12 hours later my tenant text me that their heat is out (this was never an issue prior to their repairs). Called them back in and they said the whole unit would need to be replaced...not sure why they couldn't tell me that before spending $700 on useless repairs? I called my regular contractor to come in to look at the unit and all it needed was a valve to be replaced...This goes to show that their technicians are not well educated on all boiler units which wil
