Raven was exceptional! She was thorough, professional, and explained everything she did and what was going on throughout her work. She came by on a Sunday evening at 6pm to help me with a leak, and gave me great recommendations for replacement products and how to install. So thankful for her expertise!

I called because I had a hole in a boiler line and when the person showed up they were showed where the hole was. They proceeded to fix other holes in a totally different room. They didn’t fix the original problem re-pressurized the system causing water to spray out into a bedroom for several hours before it was noticed. I called them back and they came back the next day and fixed the original problem then wanted to charge me an additional $550. The people are rude and condescending. I would never recommend them for any plumbing or heating work. Service: Heating system repair

Charged $210 for service call but did nothing to repair. Promised to provide estimate and was scheduled to return but didn't. Left us with no water. All we got was "sorry" after taking off work and waiting the whole day only for them to no show. Won't use again.
