During my regular dog walk on Government Hill, I had an unfortunate opportunity to observe two employees from 'Be Happy' engage in unprofessional conduct. The individual's vehicle they were interacting with was obstructed by a Be Happy truck, making maneuvering difficult. Regrettably, these employees didn't limit their actions to causing inconveniences due to the improper parking of their truck. They further escalated the situation by raising their voices, making threats, and subsequently mocking the affected party trying to navigate around their vehicle. In light of the company's name, 'Be Happy', it is disheartening to witness such a display of discourtesy from its representatives. Contrary to the company's ethos, these individuals appeared to derive satisfaction from being unkind, displaying poor manners, and adopting an overall disagreeable demeanor.
