Paid to have the same leak fixed twice, 2 months apart. When I asked if the leak was fixed the first time I was told I would have to wait and see and call back. Not realizing it meant I would have to pay regardless them not fixing it the first time. I just wanted it fixed so I paid again, then I was told they would have to reschedule a third time because the toilet couldn’t be installed until the cement hardened. When I scheduled the 3rd appointment between 2-4pm I had my husband go to the house at 145pm to wait. When he arrived at 145pm a note on the door said sorry I missed you at 130pm you’ll have to reschedule. Is this normal for business to disregard clients schedule times and come as they please then just tell them they missed the appointment? Maybe I’m in the wrong for thinking they would be at my house between 2pm-4pm. I just don’t want anyone els to go through what I did. Very good experience. Second time using them. Chad and Ed did good work. One tome for the appointment. Very knowledgeable. Will use them again.

Man I pay you guy's to fix my toilet full prize....then you guy's turn around charge me 400$ just to put my toilet back on you all removed it and that what we agreed on and then turn around charge me to put it back on.... that's poor and sad but hope people see this on here thank you and this will be my last time asking or calling you for and estimated and job not well done✌️ Service: Toilet installation
