Professional, communicative and creative. The team at Circle brought a level of creativity to a remodel at my home. Ken, the owner, took great initiative in dealing with the muni to ensure proper code was followed. These guys are great, can’t recommend enough.

Had Aron come out and put in a water heater and do some repairs last week. It was awesome to chat with him about the trade, life, etc while he worked. Really great guy, very knowledgeable in his profession, honest, and willing to share tips and advice freely. I will be using circle again in the future. Paid to have the same leak fixed twice, 2 months apart. When I asked if the leak was fixed the first time I was told I would have to wait and see and call back. Not realizing it meant I would have to pay regardless them not fixing it the first time. I just wanted it fixed so I paid again, then I was told they would have to reschedule a third time because the toilet couldn’t be installed until the cement hardened. When I scheduled the 3rd appointment between 2-4pm I had my husband go to the house at 145pm to wait. When he arrived at 145pm a note on the door said sorry I missed you at 130pm you’ll have to reschedule. Is this normal for business to disregard clients schedule times and come as they please then just tell them they missed the appointment? Maybe I’m in the wrong for thinking they would be at my house between 2pm-4pm. I just don’t want anyone els to go through what I did.
