Recommend without reservation. Best snow removal company I have ever used. They show up as promised and never at 2 am to wake you up. The blower set on a tractor ensures your driveway doesn’t keep getting narrower with each snow as happens with plow service. Rachel also ensures that the mail box area stays clear which The mailman and I appreciate. I own a snowblower cost and maintainance as well as the value of your time does not pencil out
We recommend snow blowing by GEM without hesitation. Not only is their communication level, in my experience, well above average but their timing seems almost magical. Today the blower appeared just before I needed to navigate the new snow on our driveway, not after. That is service! The photo is not our driveway, it is just evidence of the need for help from GEM!
