I've had to contact them multiple times with no follow through on their end. I've been placed on a schedule twice. The first time no one followed up on the initial date so I had to call again to be given a second date and time window. Still haven't heard anything and upon texting back to figure out what's going on, hear nothing. Never before experienced a company placing you on a schedule and then just ghosting you.

We had a new kitchen sink and faucet to install, and had no idea what to do. We hired Hogins Plumbing to do the work, which was high quality and most professional. They removed the old sink and faucet and installed the new one, and their service was friendly and exemplary. A+, would use again, would recommend! Service: Faucet installation

Jim and his daughter Emilee are a great team! They always answer when I call, or call me back fast if I leave a message. They've come when scheduled in advance, but also on emergency when I had a leaking pipe. They communicate well with their customers. Jim is focused and efficient while working. He never hesitates to explain what the problem is or how things work, which I appreciate! I'm just really happy with their service, and he will be my go-to plumber in the future.
