Home Warranty of America (HWA) contracts with Hogins Plumbing & Heating. Having had a [different] home warranty in Tennessee, I had absolutely zero expectations. However, Mr. Hogins far exceeded what I had expected. Despite having worked the entire day, he still made time to come repair 2 toilets, 3 drains and 1 shower at 9:45pm at night. He found a cracked toilet with a very slow leak. He replaced a valve, 2 gaskets and the fill mechanism for another toilet that had been both constantly running and leaking. He cleaned all the bathroom drains. He arranged to order a new American Standard Champion 1.6GPF with 2-3/8"~2.375" fully-glazed trapway with 4" non-adjustable, piston action Accelerator 1-piece toilet that I had significantly researched and that I had a positive experience using (e.g., no clogging whatsoever) at a former residence. We had some pipes and our boiler freeze. I had another company tell me that the boiler was no good and to not try to turn it on. Hogins came out and we had our boiler up and running within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and personable, would recommend to anyone.

The team was knowledgeable and quickly found the issue with my water heater. They were awesome about working with my schedule to set up a time to come out as well. Will definitely use them if I have any future plumbing or heating issues. Service: Water heater repair
