We had frozen pipes and they were so helpful making sure our pipes did not burst. They were the only ones we called that stuck with us and helped us with what we needed. Everyone else was too busy to care. McCann was busy too but knew we needed the help and asked us a ton of questions to make sure we did not get into more trouble with burst pipes. Thanks McCann.
