Sound Mechanical

I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was. Within 30 minutes the plumber was completely done and the leak was found and repaired with explanation of what he had found. Problem solved! My names Tony and I dont usually write reviews but we were soo pleased with the repair and the people, I contacted Jake and to let him know I appreciated Jessie's ( the tech that came out) professionalism, the initial greeting, having patience with the questions not making us feel like hes in a rush and just haveing a positive attitude it made our day better, and same goes with jake ,great first impression and experience meeting both of them, that your company will be on our to go guy business for friends and family!
