I don't usually write reviews but after reading some of the negative ones I thought it was important to put in one from my perspective. I called Jake after getting quotes from several companies. He was professional and came out right when I needed him. I am selling my home and I needed to have the hot water heater replaced due to its age. His employee Jesse was very polite and efficient and went the extra mile. I own a rental property and will be calling these folks for all of our pluming/HVAC needs. Thank you Jake and Jesse! I had called Jacob at Sound Mechanical because I heard water dripping underneath the floor in my kitchen in the crawl space. I made the call around 7am and explained over the phone what I heard and was concerned that a pipe had burst or sprung a leak. Jacob responded that they had a full day of scheduled appointments but would send someone over as soon as they had met the needs of there previously scheduled appointments.He mentioned I would receive a call from one of the employees as soon as they became free. I went to my office and was Pleasantly surprised with a call around the noon hour. The said they could be at my house within a half hour. I went home and the plumber was there 10 minutes earlier than expected. I explained what was happening and showed where the crawl space access was.
