Arrived home from work at 510pm Friday of Labor Day weekend to find the AC unit was not working and the thermostat reading 82. Not only did they come out within the hour, they didn't charge me some exorbitant after-hours weekend/fee because it was so close to 5pm. The technician, Austin, came out and resolved the problem.
