We had a very positive experience with Guin! We discovered a A/C leak in our ceiling. When I called Guin, receptionist was very kind and professional. A confirmation text was sent with HVAC technician’s name and estimated arrival to our house that afternoon. Upon arrival, technician (and assistant) were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The problem was remedied quickly, thoroughly and their service was priced very fairly.
