Great experience! The quickest company to respond after I called 4 other well known companies in town. Roto Rooter is well known all over America and they deserve the great reviews they get. Polite Staff, they made the repair process much smoother
Luke and Michael are extraordinary workers. They were accommodating, and worked for the best outcome. My faucets in kitchen and both showers have not been changed for 22 years and so it probably was a lot more difficult. I had a drip in the upstairs shower and they were really working hard to fix it. Now it is a light drip but that is because the entire shower parts really need to be replaced and I'm sure the valve needs to be looked at that would be a way more expensive job which I cannot do at the moment. But I think with my next bill, as Luke and Michael suggested, I will see how much lower my bill will be ... as I said they work well and diligently to do the job at hand. You are very lucky to have both Luke and Michael . I will let them know if I decide to do any further work. I will definitely call upon Roto-Rooter and those two workers, hopefully Luke and Michael can come and take care of whatever jobs I need done. Thank you for sending them and I especially like my sink faucet
The plumber, Kiah, was very courteous and super knowledgeable. I walked him through what I was having trouble with and he explained what was happening and why. He gave me estimates of the job and what would explain each part of the process and how long it would take. He definitely felt honest and I trusted what he said.
