We had a leak in our ceiling and they took care of us. Very prompt and straight to the point. Dustin is great. The owner’s son was with him too, I don’t remember his name, but he was also great.

Antonio diagnosed our problem quickly and had the pipes fixed fast with no mess to clean up. He made sure his solution of replacing HVAC drain pipes resolved the issue that was causing our air conditioner not to work. We had two other HVAC techs and two plumbers from a different company to come look at the problem before we contacted Draingo. Antonio figured it out and fixed us up. Thank you Antonio and Draingo!

Pro...So let me start by say the people that work here are outstanding. My rating isn't personnel based because they were terrific. Con.... My issue was with pricing. I had to have a water heater replaced and it was completed under my home warranty. However, i had to pay for updates that brought my system to code. Here is my rub, i feeling like what i paid VS what i got, was highway robbery. Even to this day it is hard to look at the system and not think i got taken to the cleaners.
