They have lost their edge use to be a good company not anymore dealt with all summer after they install new duct work in February they have been out every month since.did not have my duct work properly connected jackson plumbing found the problem i am still under warranty with them wish i wasn't all air was leaking out under the house Will be glad w warranty is up i would never trust them again even though they came out and redone my electric bill been high all summer long because o poor work

Our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning Saturday afternoon. They sent Edward out Saturday night who diagnosed the problem and discussed repair options vs. replacement. We decided to replace the unit as it was old and multiple other contributing factors. Kevin J called me Sunday (the next day,) with a quote that we agreed on and they came and installed the new unit on Tuesday (two days later.) Brandon B, Johnathan F, and Gabe A were the ones who installed the unit and they were all professional, nice, and respectful. Brandon B explained the new system to me in detail and educated us on how to use the new thermostat. We had cool air upstairs by Tuesday evening. The quote included replacing the current 14 inch duct work with 18 inch duct work and putting a new vent in my sons closet which they ran out of time and were unable to do the day of install but are sending someone back out to finish up soon. We are looking forward to that being completed and already enjoying the cool air. Recomme

We got four quotes from local companies to replace our old central unit. After reviewing all the quotes, Gerald (Operations Manager) with Valley Heating and Cooling was the only one that quoted a unit adequate for our home. The other companies quoting smaller units just to present a lesser price. The installers Brandon and Sean worked non stop all day to get our unit installed. They had to work several hours in a hot attic and never complained. They had work ethic I haven't seen in a long time. When the job was finished they made sure everything was cleaned up and that we were satisfied. This was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Valley Heating and Cooling.
