They came by Friday afternoon because my tankless water heater would not come on. They flipped a breaker in the panel on the outside of the house. They charged me $300 for a 10 minute stop. I called and she told me it was after hours and the minimum charge was by the hour. $300 an hour for two guys in a van who were here 10 minutes. Obviously this is ridiculous. There are other professionals who value our business and don't want to screw us.
Dowsey has saved me too many times to count. Tiffany is so helpful and the crew is always courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend. Service: A/C system maintenance
We’ve used Dowsey exclusively for all our plumbing. We had a clog in the out flow pipe to the sewer on a Friday afternoon. They came within 30-40 minutes of our calling. Great service.
