As busy as Alatec is this summer, they were out here in just a few hours. They were professional and found the problem quickly. They gave us good advice about the maintenance of our unit. Service: A/C system maintenance
Alatech has been a great company to work with. I had my heat pump units installed 8 years ago. I have my maintenance check ups, but have never had a service call for something going wrong. I called with one issue recently and spoke with Shaun after a storm came through. He told me exactly what to do to get my unit going by checking circuit breakers . He saved me from having to spend money on service call just to have someone come and turn on breaker. They are very professional and respectful of you and your property. I feel they have a certain ethic that is missing in a lot of companies.
Had problems with AC twice. They we very responsive and figured out and fixed them in no time. You will not be disappointed if you use Alatec for your cooding needs. I give them an A++ rating.
