Called in on Friday night and spoke with on call service. received a call from dispatch within 10 minutes and got an appointment scheduled for the next day. on the way text message with introduction to service tech was very helpful. took pictures of everything and explained everything in detail. Isaac was very professional and knowledgeable. We had to get a new unit and Tyler was very professional, got to work quickly, was very informative, made sure everything worked prior to leaving. will be recommending this company to everyone! I can’t say enough good things about Xcalibur services. My AC went on the hottest week this summer. I called them and 2 hours later I met Isaac at my home. After checking my unit I made the decision to purchase a new one. He was able to get us cold air for the night which was great. Today Dustin and Caleb came out and installed my new unit. Roland did a great job replacing our air conditioner compressor. He was extremely professional and was very respectful. What impressed me was he was clean cut, clean shaven and presentable. My first impression was I was dealing with a reputable company if they insist that their service people are presentable. He did a quality job and was done reasonable quickly and he was by himself.
