From the initial call of my air condition failure the technician at Air Outlook immediately responded the same day to check out my problem and give me a solution to correct the problem. After identifying the problem Jeffrey did a good job in staying in phone contact for completion of the job . Although the failure of my air conditioning was technical in nature the language Jeffrey used made it easy to understand how my unit failed and what can be done to correct it . Would have been 5 star if they hadn’t called the wrong number to confirm my appointment the day prior and then didn’t show up until the next day. Fortunately I called the prior day after they didn’t show or I guess they would never have come. Service: HVAC system repair
