Had a leak in the drain line and the called the office with a same day appointment…Awesome! Zach showed up and was very professional, diagnosed the problem and fix the leak. It was caused by poor workmanship by the original contractor that is no longer in business. I’m glad that I chose Air Conditioned Solutions to take care all HVAC systems. Great Job! Preston provided excellent service when installing our Aprilaire cleaner and UV light. He was very neat and proficient. Another reason to use Air Conditioned Solutions in the future. Thanks for making our home a clean and healthy living space.

Jake did an amazing job letting us know what he believed the problem to be and the steps he needed to take to resolve them. He was patient in explaining the steps to us and what he was going to do moving forward. A great technician that shows a company that cares about the customer. Follow up. Our system has still been giving us issues but they sent out Shawna to assist us and try and find out what has happened. I appreciate their timely troubleshooting and effort to remedy the problem. They are going to be getting the possible problem item replaced as soon as they get it in stock. Still very happy with the company.

Service Technician, Jason Parker and his Team were highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great service all round and did an excellent and quick job of replacing our system.
