Chris has always been a great person to deal with. I recently had a problem with my heat pump, he met me after work on Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. Afterwards he followed up with me to make sure the system was working as it should. I don't know many businesses that work late on a Friday or actually follow up with the customer.

I am extremely pleased that we hired Chris at HHC. He discovered we lost all of our AC coolant. After some testing he found a leak in the coil. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, he made a phone call to the manufacturer and discovered my system was still under warranty! I was given daily status while parts were being shipped, and Chris and his assistant Taylor had me up and running as soon as the new coil arrived. I was extremely impressed by the work of Chris Hayden. I called at 8:00 pm after not having working air conditioner all day and an hour later he was here fixing the unit. By 10 o’clock my central unit was working as good as new! Very fair prices and great service. I will be using this company for my future heating & cooling service needs and would recommend to everyone I know.
