Great experience with a warranty repair! Manny's replaced the roof on my house 4.5 years ago. Recently, a couple shingles came loose on the roof (no leaking, just appeared to be cosmetic). I called about a warranty repair and spoke to a very courteous receptionist who scheduled a time for the next day for someone to come out and take a look. The next day, I received a call a couple hours before the scheduled time letting me know he was running slightly behind and would be 15 minutes late. Having worked in the construction industry in the past, I understand that this happens and I greatly appreciate that they had the respect for my time to call and let me know. He did show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. After this, the repairs were completed promptly - within two weeks from the time I made the first phone call. Ramiro, the owner, was very patient with me as I asked a LOT of questions, as I know nothing about roofing. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience, and it shows in the quality of roofing products/materials he uses and the work done by his crew. They were on time every day and worked at least 10 hours every day and completed my roof within three days. I now have a beautiful roof! I highly recommend Manny's Roofing.

HE IS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR ME HE STILL HAS TIME FOR THE SMALL GUY! HIS PRICING IS FAIR, WITHIN THE MARKET RANGE.
