Manny's Roofing was highly recommended to me by a department supervisor where I work. I am so glad I took his recommendation because Manny's Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. Ramiro, the owner, was very patient with me as I asked a LOT of questions, as I know nothing about roofing. He is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience, and it shows in the quality of roofing products/materials he uses and the work done by his crew. They were on time every day and worked at least 10 hours every day and completed my roof within three days. I now have a beautiful roof! I highly recommend Manny's Roofing.

We had them do some repairs that the previous owner covered up in 2018 so choose your home inspector well. They did an excellent job repairing water damage, and their workers were courteous, and on time so I was very pleased with the results. However in 2021 when we wanted to do an exterior makeover my first thought was to bring them back and we did. At first it was business as usual and everything started well but that’s when it all went to pot!! My experience in building maintenance is high since I have a degree in that discipline and I’m very knowledgeable. First off their crew was not the same as before and the technical skills were like that of a toddler and handing them power tools. Pure wood butchers!! You heard then term “measure twice, cut once” ? It was horrific!! Nobody spoke English except the owners and he hardly showed up . The workers were never on time and most always showed up unannounced. Very inconsiderate, not caring about my time or my comings and goings. This pro
