I contacted this company and received a call back. Dylan came out to my parents house to look at a bathroom to see if it was something that he could handle. We knew it would not be a easy job. He stated he would get back with us on an estimate. That was August 2022. I have not received an estimate or a call back. I have called multiple times and told he will get you an estimate and call you back. I have not gotten a call. Very unprofessional, to not at least call and say this is a job we can not perform.

Outstanding business and crew! Telia was our first point of contact. She scheduled and organized our project flawlessly. Michael and Nathan arrived on time to evaluate and quote options for repair of our backed up sewer line. They didn’t try to oversell, just evaluated our problems and recommended solutions. When they arrived to do the work, they were prepared, organized, efficient, and hard working. They recognized pitfalls before getting into situations that could turn the project south. They provided photos and updates of progress and left a neat work site when they were done. The price at the end was the price quoted. I found it to be fair and a good value. Rocket city plumbing was fast, professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend them and cannot say enough nice things about them. Michael was so polite, professional, and kept me informed. I won’t be calling anyone else.
