Mike Moynihan and the crew at Rocket City Plumbing are ROCK STARS!! I came home at 8 pm to find that at some point during the day my water heater had given up the ghost and leaked everywhere. Nothing like that first squishy step onto soggy carpet, right? I called the plumber I have used for years...no response (and still haven't gotten a call back the next morning). I left a message with RCP and got a call back within minutes. In less than an hour Mike arrived with a new water heater, and less than an hour after that it was installed and humming along beautifully. Mind you, my water heater is in a small closet and in no way easy to get to. But Mike made it look easy! He didn't even blink! He is THE BEST! Huge THANKS to Mike and everyone at RCP, LLC for an exceptional job!

Michael and Nathan arrived on time to evaluate and quote options for repair of our backed up sewer line. They didn’t try to oversell, just evaluated our problems and recommended solutions. When they arrived to do the work, they were prepared, organized, efficient, and hard working. They recognized pitfalls before getting into situations that could turn the project south. They provided photos and updates of progress and left a neat work site when they were done. The price at the end was the price quoted. I found it to be fair and a good value.
