Rooter Man

Rooter Man service was frustrating hard to get someone and when they did show we were told that it was unclogged could be used as normal but needed to be shot with a camera. It over flowed twice with sewage into my house after that. Scheduling the camera took 5 days , they were late and I had to call repeatedly until someone showed. After the problem was identified I tried to get an estimate to resolve never could. Finally called another service and had it fixed within 24 hours. Three days later I get a call from Rooter Man with a verbal estimate ,nothing written, for 4 times what was charged by the plumber that did the work. Very unprofessional. They seem to have one camera, one estimator, (that was always out of town) and too few techs. Stay away from these folks I'd recommend Hiller they're the complete opposite. Service: Sewer repair

After multiple issues in my first owned home, Peter and Jesse took the time to make sure my lines were as cleared as well as possible. They were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Because of their service and the very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend a call to Rooter Man for future issues.

They were hired by a man re-doing my Moms home. The bill was $1,300 when I called and asked they could explain the bill to me she refused and told me that my carpenter hired them so she couldn’t tell me anything .. im sorry it’s coming out of my pocket so why could you not explain that bill being overly priced .. not benign able to explain makes no sense unless you are putting charges on there that shouldn’t be.
