They were hired by a man re-doing my Moms home. The bill was $1,300 when I called and asked they could explain the bill to me she refused and told me that my carpenter hired them so she couldn’t tell me anything .. im sorry it’s coming out of my pocket so why could you not explain that bill being overly priced .. not benign able to explain makes no sense unless you are putting charges on there that shouldn’t be. I had a clogged drain in one of my sinks. I had originally scheduled through Home Advisor for a Plumber, however the morning they were supposed to come out they were a no show. Not long after the scheduled time came and went I was browsing through the internet when I came across people recommending Rooter Man here in Huntsville. I looked them up then contacted the business. They were able to have someone out in the afternoon. About mid afternoon, Drake, came to my residence and was able to quickly clear the drainage. He also took time to talk to me about some future projects that we'll need plumbing service for. They will definitely be the ones I go to for future service.
After multiple issues in my first owned home, Peter and Jesse took the time to make sure my lines were as cleared as well as possible. They were prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Because of their service and the very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend a call to Rooter Man for future issues.
