Nash was a very professional young man, he came out the morning after I called. Fast service. He replaced our disposal in a timely manner and then took time to show me where the reset button on the disposal was and showed me how to use the tool to unstick it in case it ever got jammed up. The young lady (sorry I don't have her name) that scheduled my appointment responded quickly to my chat question and was very helpful, courtesy and professional on the phone and texts. I will definitely use Scott Plumbing again and have already shared their information with a neighbor that owns rental properties. We recently thought we had a clog, so we called Scott Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. Within 30 minutes of my call, they were in my driveway (I never said this was an emergency, they are just that responsive)! I got a text with a short profile and picture of the plumber that was on their way (Blake). Blake was SUPER nice, professional, informative, and experienced. He was able to help diagnose and fix our problem, which turned out to be a breaker that I accidentally turned off. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need, push a monthly payment plan, or give me any other marketing speech. He explained how their company works and how they are customer focused and not paid based on the services they perform, which is EXCELLENT! Because of this, I can trust what their plumbers say and they can give clear, easy to understand options. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Plumbing and will absolutely be using them again for any plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, or renovations

I called Scott Plumbing on Thursday afternoon to request a hot water heater replacement. They arrived early on Friday morning and presented me with replacement options. By early afternoon I had a fully functional water heater. [FYI - the size of new 50 gallon water heaters have larger dimensions than the older ones. If your water heater is in your crawlspace, your choices are limited to the water heater that will fit through the crawlspace opening]. 100% Happy with my decision on choosing Scott Plumbing!
