I had a wonderful experience with Talent. Jeremy came to my home and completed a cooling maintenance on my 2 units to get them ready for the heat of the summer. He was very professional, wore shoe covers in my home, took his time and was very thorough. I was very happy with the price of the maintenance plan. My Husband and I have been in our home 13 years and have 4 children. We have been very proactive in caring for our unit, as we knew it was older, and if it went out, would likely need replacing. And sure enough, the compressor finally bit the dust. Talent was one of many places I contacted, and was the first to contact me back, and the first to arrive with a free estimate. Terry came out, was very friendly, professional, and on time. He gave us an estimate and a breakdown of the estimate. He really educated us on which unit would be best for us, costs of units, and future costs and/ or savings that we could better prepare for. He was compassionate to our situation. As I do with most anything, I called some other companies around and got some more estimates, even though I was pretty much set with using Talent. The others that came out were also courteous and quick, but nobody came within $1,000 of his estimate, and nobody would've been as quick at getting it installed. Our highest estim

Had an issue with our HVAC system on a Sunday and that morning they came out to diagnose the problem. They were professional and polite and laid out our options up front. When we choose to get a new system they were able to schedule something the next day and get it installed and have us up and running quickly despite some issues with our old setup. Overall a great company.
