Superb experience with Rob Akin and his team. He is extraordinarily well versed in his field and can explain the what & why of his recommendations in as much detail as you'd ever want. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he stays up-to-date on HVAC technology and even policies by attending classes on a recurring basis; this was the reason he could tell me about tax incentives tied to my new HVAC system (that means he saved me $$$ because he was knowledgeable). His team of installers was equally professional. He also didn't gouge me for "consulting costs" like Brooks Bros, who visited without decent answers and left my wallet about $100 lighter.
