Jason did us right! With all the stormy weather lately, I lost a few shingles on the side of the house. Jason came out to take a look and fixed it within a day. I figured the service call alone would be several hundred, but Jason did it for no charge. This company is excellent and I would highly recommend working with Jason!!

NEVER and I mean EVER use Thompson roofing for a job. The estimator did a good job inspecting the roof thoroughly and identified the problem. That’s where the good part ends. They subcontracted the work out (admittedly) to a group of workers who did a flat out terrible job. Incorrect shingles and a wavy roof. Roofers left cigarette butts and scrap in my yard. I’m still finding discarded roofing nails in my driveway. After bringing this up, they never came back to clean up after them. Second person that came out did a good enough job, but admitted this was some of the worst work he’s ever seen. Service: Roof damage repair

We just moved into our house and noticed it was taking a long time for the clothes to dry, so I went into the attic to inspect the dryer vent and found it was severely misaligned and not venting properly. It had build up of lint coming out of the tape and I was afraid it comprised the integrity of the plywood as it felt weakened. I called Thompson’s have someone come out and look at it so I could get an estimate and time frame if it needed repaired. I was about to be going out of town for work and was really hoping to have this fixed for peace of mind before leaving the family for a few days. They sent Walt Williams out to look at it, I figured it would be a traditional 5-10 mins of here’s what you need, here’s what it’ll cost, and here is the soonest we can get to you. I was completely wrong for assuming that, Walt isn’t that guy, if he is able to take care of you himself, he will. He was able to take care of it that day and I haven’t had any issues since. A local business with local
