5 stars for the crew for their workmanship. Less than 3 for the owners for their inattention to paperwork. 0 stars for substituting a cheaper grade shingle for the ridgeline. I paid for weatherwood shingles. They subbed weathered gray which is half the cost and close in color that they would get away with it.
