Thank god for Easy air… I called on a Sunday which was Mother’s Day because my AC was blowing hot air and they put me on the schedule that day to come out and even tho he had to order parts for my unit they still didn’t leave me in a hot house to suffer and I’m forever grateful for that. Mr. Enoch Smith is AWESOME! He's very professional and easy to talk to. We started having AC issues last year. I called Easy Heating & Cooling and Mr. Smith came out to evaluate the situation and got us up and running again. As fate would have it our AC went out again during the hottest few days in July (last week). It was 100 plus degrees outside and 86 degrees inside our house. Called Mr. Smith and he came out. He replaced our HVAC Coil that was under warranty. Mr. Enoch Smith is our "SUPERMAN" He actually went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!
