Ellison Plumbing has been contracted by the builder of our new home, D.R. Horton. We have had nothing but issues with them every time we have a warranty claim to submit. I am not sure if we get treated differently than someone who finds their business without being in a warranty, but it surely can't be worse than what we have been treated like. This company has missed an appointment completely for an issue that is destroying our sink cabinet, not to mention costing inconvenience, time loss at work, & productivity lost at work. Workers then proceeded to show up the next day unannounced early in the morning when no one was home because we were not expecting anyone & have jobs to go to. Several phone calls where left with the company never being returned. Finally communication was established when the manager finally answered the phone. Instead of being respectful and understandable about said miss appointment & unannounced visit she was very rude and unprofessional. There was no
