Very satisfied with Austin's communication and quality of service as he worked to find a solution for us over the weekend. He was in the middle of several emergencies but still managed to keep us updated on the status of our repair and his timeline for arrival. He also followed upon completion to make sure we receive copies of any additional documentation needed for the repair. Tommy and Tyler were so helpful! I called on a Sunday night and Tommy helped me figure out what was wrong with my hot water heater and that I needed a part under warranty.
