Tommy and Tyler were so helpful! I called on a Sunday night and Tommy helped me figure out what was wrong with my hot water heater and that I needed a part under warranty. As soon as the part came in they were here and installed it quickly. They were so communicative and professional making sure I understood what was happening. I have used EZ flow plumbing several times. They are hands down the best company in Mobile. Especially Austin, who came super late to make sure that of my guest was taken care of. He was professional, straight up and honest, and funny. Definitely made light of a stressful situation.
