I have purchased a unit with Hansens and what a surprise we found when we were selling our house a year later! See photo, there is supposed to be a hole there in that wood. You think spending $10,000 on a unit with service, these people would know how to do their job. Don’t be fooled by how fast they can come out and look at your AC, because I bet in the heat of summer when you are desperate They’ll tell you it needs to be replaced and they can do it the same day or the next and that you can finance it at a cheap rate! Plus all the “warranty” benefits. Don’t let them blow smoke up your rear end. Moving forward to the house I just purchased, the previous owners purchased a new $11,000 unit less than a month before closing; mind you closing was contingent on a new unit and God only knows if there really needed to have a new one installed. Hansens tells you there is a 10 year warranty - but what they DONT tell you is that it’s not on the unit, it’s for the person who buys it! I reviewed
