Charles has seen us through the installation and maintenance of our unit for 3 years. He worked with us to educate us on the best unit for our home, payment options, and provides maintenance services to ensure it is running well. If we have an issue he comes out ASAP (no waiting in the hot house for days). I would highly recommend him!
I am extremely happy with the service provided by Charles and his team. They listened to concerns we had with an air conditioning system of a house we had just purchased. They diagnosed the problems and presented us with multiple options to resolve the issues with multiple price points to let us choose what best fit our budget. They got all our issues resolved and our AC is working better than it did when it was first installed.
We’ve used Pro Cooling and Heating before for a system replacement because they had great prices and quick service. Just called them out today for a service call on an older unit and Roman was able to troubleshoot our issues quickly and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Signed up for their maintenance plan too so they’ll keep my units running smoothly all year long.
