Had an amazing experience with Jacob Phillips from Stormco. We started shopping around for a local small business that was licensed and bonded to replace our current roof after repeated weather damage. We also needed someone willing to come onsite within a reasonable time frame and deliver a fair quote. After hearing personal testimonies from coworkers about the quality of the work, Stormco easily fit all the criteria. Jacob is an honest down to earth guy who is very knowledgeable about roofing and the insurance process. He answered our questions readily and was very comfortable navigating insurance claims. After he visited and gave our roof a good look, we got a very fair price on a new roof. He was very responsive through the whole process. We appreciated that he considered our pets. He made sure we knew just how loud it would be inside and he made sure we were able to find adequate boarding before he scheduled the job. Our roof was replaced fast with minimal inconvenience. Stormco did a fabulous job on our roof and other repairs. The process with this company was flawless. Stormco processed our claim and our insurance company covered all of the repairs. All I was responsible for was my deductible even when my insurance company missed parts of the project Stormco was able to get those included. I recommend Stormco to anyone with roofing needs.
