Fire & Ice Heating & Air, LLC - Montgomery

Came out to my house 2 months ago never filled out the report my home warranty needed. I’ve called several times still 90 degrees in my house. They don’t answer, don’t respond, take your money and don’t do what they are supposed to do.

I'm only giving a rate of 3 stars because of tech Faron Widen. His customer service and knowledge to ensure our AC unit was up and running was superb. Melinda also tried to assist after her initial blurb with contradicting information between either Fire and Ice and AHS. Lastly, Shelby was flat out rude and should not be interacting with customers. Issue at hand we were without AC for five-weeks upon the onset of summer. Between AHS and there communication with Fire and Ice, there is only one word that accurately describes it; deplorable. Contradicting information, Fire and Ice location in Montgomery not open to public to full voice mailboxes per the AHS representative on the call during the 4th week of us not having AC. The complaints on here regarding customer service When dealing with AHS is valid in my opinion, after what we endured. Who is to blame, irrelevant because the facts remains no customer should be without AC for that period of time with deplorable customer service on b

I have never used this company Fire and Ice, never heard of them, they were sent by AHS. I’ve been living in my home for three years, had a clean home inspection. Never had problems from my AC unit. Called AHS and they sent this lil boy of a technician to my home to check my unit. He claims that my coils needed to be replaced, he sent the findings to AHS and stated that it was a preexisting condition. How in the …. Would he know it was a preexisting condition?? He’s never been to my home!!! - I’ve had the account for three years and never used it. Because he told AHS that it was a preexisting condition, they denied my claim. I was told I would be out of pocket for $3500, how can a company keep trying to scam people with their false claims? Everyone can’t be lying about your business, I think that you guys are trying to scam customers out of money. That’s why we have a home warranty, to take care of the necessary repairs when needed.
