This company is by far the most unprofessional due to how they conduct business, I needed a coil put in and they falsely put in their report that the condition was preexisting due to the size of a hole . How can you basically call me a liar telling me this has happened before my home warranty started, which is false because I have successfully ran my A/C before . Keep in mind it’s March and I haven’t had to turn on my air because it’s been cold months . I have seen reviews of this same issue and that’s not right at all. Service: Repair HVAC

I would definitely recommend this company. Expectations were clearly set and the process was thoroughly explained to me. There was a slight disconnect in communication; however, I truly believe this was an one off situation as I was told that there were unforeseen staffing issues. When I did talk to the office staff, they were very friendly and showed concern for my needs every time. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what my issue was and what resolutions I had. Shoutout to Lewis for being awesome and enduring unbearable heat! I wish I could recall the other technician’s name but he was equally as awesome. The heat, coupled with the long shipping times for parts, could make for a less than lovely experience. Came out to my house 2 months ago never filled out the report my home warranty needed. I’ve called several times still 90 degrees in my house. They don’t answer, don’t respond, take your money and don’t do what they are supposed to do.
