We have used this service twice to attempt to find a leak. They have been unable to find the leak both times, which is fine (may not be a plumbing leak), but they charged me more after I disclosed I was choosing them over my insurance covered option and they did not check the water meter. The cost was reasonable, the service was fast, and I was told the two guys were friendly. They did not disclose to my mother the status of the water meter which would help rule out a plumbing leak and checking it ourselves would be the sort of hassle I hired plumbers to look at. I would use them again, one star for the $7 up charge and one star for not disclosing if they checked the water meter. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Same day, quick, no hassle service. They cleaned out an attic HVAC drain pipe that was backing up and causing my a/c to shut off. The cost was reasonable. WOW, the initial service revealed an additional problem and they came out bright and early the next day and fixed the problem at no additonal charge!! Service: Drain cleaning
