RESTAURANT OWNERS BEWARE! We had a deli cooler go out, motor was still running but was not cooling. They sent a very young guy, fresh out of tech school to come work on it. I was pleased, it’s always refreshing to see young people taking up trades and was eager to speak with him about the issues and what the solutions may be. Turns out something had frozen up and we needed to turn the unit off and let everything melt. No big deal. The tech left and came back. Long story short, problem solved in less then 10min, after the tech came back 2hrs later. They wound up billing me almost $500 and tried to say the Tech was there for all those hours. I explained that he left while the system thawed (during our lunch rush) and came back a few hours later and was met with hostility, rudeness and a bunch of promises of sending out “a different/more qualified tech next time” There won’t be a next time. This business is a joke with no communication. Twice an appointment was scheduled and twice they never showed. I will call a professional next time. Services: Dishwasher repair, Heating system installation
