We had damage from Hurricane Ian. My parents used INNOVATIVE for their roof and were pleased so we reached out to Chris Salinas and he was kind & professional from the start. His crew cleaned up very well & were very respectful as well. A few days after we had to have our AC guy come out, come to find out we had a nail through our AC line because it was ran wrong by the AC company & too close to the decking BUT Despite the fact their contract did not hold them liable & really it was not their fault, they still made it right and assisted with the repairs for my AC.
