After the tornado of January 12, 2023 there was no doubt the roof on my home had to be replaced. I contacted four companies, all of which said they would provide estimates. I received estimates from three. Sanford and Associates not only had the best price, they worked with my insurance adjuster’s estimate while the other two companies would not. I never heard back from the two companies once they had received the insurance adjuster’s estimate. The fourth company did make contact but their final estimate was not even close to the insurance adjuster’s estimate and there was no negotiating. Sanford and Associates also brought samples for me to look at in order to choose the shingles color and offered suggestions on what different colors would work in my location. Date was set for installation and crew was here on time, worked all day and left me with a new roof on both my home and adjacent workshop.
