I contacted mastercraft heat and air services to come fix my heat on December the 23rd. I talked to Micheal and he said he could be out in a hour. It was three hours later I had to call him back when I got off work. He was at my house when I arrived home. He replaced a strip on the unit to get the emergency heat to work until he ordered the part. He said it would be in the next day which was Christmas Eve. We called him Christmas Eve he said he had to call and check on the part. My husband stayed home all day that day waiting on him to call back or come to fix it. He never called back nor showed up to fix it. We have called him ever day after that and left a message for him to let us know something and he hasn’t called back and he will not respond back. This is very poor customer service. I suggest you not do business with this company. You will be charged $85.00 and still don’t have your heat fixed right. We will not call them again. Michael was very responsive, informative, and did a great job fixing our furnace. If anything were to go wrong we would definitely use them again and would recommend to family & friends. Service: Heating system repair
