Tipton Heating & Cooling

I only use Tipton for my HVAC problems, they always come out quick and get the job done right.

I called Tipton to track down an issue where my HVAC system was heating instead of cooling and using too much electricity. The technician they sent out was on time and very helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as being related to the thermostat wiring, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. System is running correctly now. Couldn't be happier! I called Tipton right when they opened and they had someone at my place not even half an hour later. Their service man (Mr. James if I recall correctly) diagnosed the problem (capacitor), replaced the part, and had my AC unit working again all in about 5 or so minutes. Overall great experience! The price was well below what competitors quoted me, their staff was incredibly kind, and they were very knowledgeable about the issue and unit. I highly recommend and will be using them again for all my heating and cooling needs.
