Tipton Heating & Cooling

I called Tipton right when they opened and they had someone at my place not even half an hour later. Their service man (Mr. James if I recall correctly) diagnosed the problem (capacitor), replaced the part, and had my AC unit working again all in about 5 or so minutes. Overall great experience! The price was well below what competitors quoted me, their staff was incredibly kind, and they were very knowledgeable about the issue and unit. I highly recommend and will be using them again for all my heating and cooling needs.

I called Tipton to track down an issue where my HVAC system was heating instead of cooling and using too much electricity. The technician they sent out was on time and very helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as being related to the thermostat wiring, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. System is running correctly now. Couldn't be happier! We have used Tipton for 3 years now and they are hands down the most honest, hardest working company I have ever used. They tell me what's wrong, charge me a fair price and are usually able to fix whatever problems I may have the very same day I call them. We had a new a/c unit pur in a few months ago and part of it broke due to manufacturing error. Even though it wasn't their fault they still covered the cost to have everything repaired so I didn't have to fight the carrier warranty people.
