Trinity Electrical Service

Such great reviews, but poor communication and customer service. I had a huge electrical issue that i needed handled as soon as possible. I spoke with an Victoria on friday to have someone come out and give me a free quote and possibly do the work. On the scheduled day a Mack called and pushed me back 24 hours. On the Sunday when he was suppose to come to my home i had to call Mack several times just for him to push me back even more. I waited for 3 more hours and still he was a no call no show. Im very disappointed in Trinity Electric. ALCO HAS BETTER SERVICE

I called for what I thought was a problem with the electric panel causing a power outage for an elderly friend of mine. Mack came out at 8:30pm and discovered it was a blown transformer and we need to call the power company. He did not charge for this late night call and was very kind and patient explaining the problem to the home owner. I will be calling Trinity for all of my electrical needs on the future!!!
