Comfy Cozy Heating & Air

Second time in at least two years, I’ve had service with Sonny and his company. My home insurance had contacted another local A/C for assessment, and I was not satisfied with their service, i.e. response time, and quality of service. I immediately remembered Sonny coming to my house two years, and was impressed with courtesy and knowledge of my a/c unit. Thankfully, my insurance was able to contact Sonny’s company and immediately made an appointment. Long story short, his technician Mike was able to come out this evening, a day after the holiday. Mike was courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Assessment was made, found the problem and was efficient given the time of day for him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone reading this review. My heating unit had not been functioning properly since spring. I had another company come out and diagnose the issue. They claimed it needed a part and they would return to repair. They never returned and didn’t return calls after the initial service call. During the recent cold snap (temps below freezing at night) the unit stopped working all together. I made a call to Comfy Cozy and Pamela said she would have someone out to me the next day. We scheduled a time in the afternoon that worked for our schedules. Tim called me prior to that time to see if he could come early because he was running to get parts in Gadsden and wanted to get my part so he could fix the unit without having to delay another day if parts were needed. They went by the house and troubleshot the unit. It did not need a part and had a stopped up line The air coils were covered with rust and needed cleaned. Comfy cozy is the only place ill use. Always on time and available. Good honest service. Me and my Family have know the owner for years. Just good honest and professional service. Id give the Company 10Stars if i could. Comfy Cozy is the place to go. Sonni and the whole Company are good old school type of people.
