Luke was absolutely amazing! He was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. As a woman, it can be difficult to be home alone with an unknown man. Luke, however, was so wonderful that I did not feel unsafe for a single second. His supervisor, Louis, was the exact same way. When they were unable to fix my issue (through no fault of their own), they made plans the same day to come back and do what needed to be done to solve the problem.
