Very reliable and prompt. We have called Express multiple times for repairs, service, and most recently to replace our AC system. If there are any concerns or issues., they go the' extra mile to resolve them.

We have used express heating and air conditioning several times now for our very old air conditioners, one that needed repairs and one that had to be replaced. When we started using them, It was because they gave me a reasonable quote, and the company we had been using was overcharging us. Since then they have been consistently affordable. But more than that, they do really great work. I wouldn’t use them if they weren’t quality. They’re very responsive, and fast and friendly, and I feel like I can really rely on them to do a great job and not ever overcharge.
