We for over a week attempted to contact this person and each time we called he "didn't remember us" and would "make an attempt to send someone out that day". After the 8th day he told us to just "have a good day" after we filed a complaint with him and hung up. We got a different plumbing company to come out that same day.
So very prompt and courteous.
We have a home warranty. We had an emergency air conditioner failure. Our home warranty sent them the job order and we never received a call. Another time we had a water spot on the ceiling and again they were given a work order and when we call we were told that they do not make appointments. We were forced to cancel they’re services. Customer service when you call is very rude and unsympathetic. Would never use this company poor service poor all the way around!!!
