My ac went out Sunday at 5pm. Not only did billy work with me on getting someone out there stat; but the tech he sent “William” went above and beyond. There’s fixing your ac and leaving, then there’s what William did. My son was curious about the work and without missing a beat William acknowledged his existence and briefly explained the troubleshooting process to my boy. After he got the ac blowing he checked a bunch of other things to assure me that his job was done properly.
