Didn't show up for the appointment that they had scheduled with me. Didn't call or text to give a reason why. Would not respond to my voice-mail. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Yes it was. After Chris failed to return my calls I called him again and he answered. He was scheduled to be at my home at 8:00 a.m on 8/25 2023 and never showed up, never called ot texted me a reason why he didn't show. You're office is located on willow street. In Scottsboro AL. I couldn't respond to your response so I edited my review to reflect on your incorrect response.

There is no better place to call than Southern Heating & Cooling if you need any kind of AC work done! I literally called them last minute because our AC wasn't working and I spoke to Scarlett on the phone she was sooo kind and very caring about our situation so she called one of the guys and he was able to come out today literally an hour after calling Tyler was sent out to our home and he was the best customer service I have ever received from an AC company period. He explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it and he went above and beyond what was needed to be done. Our AC is running better than ever before thanks to Tyler and Southern Heating & Cooling. They are definitely worth calling and they will definitely be who we call in the future for any other AC problems. I was also very impressed by their pricing and like I said the customer service is off the charts good! Please give these guys a chance if you ever need any work done! They definitely earned a lifetime cus
