The young man who came to my house was very nice and polite. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took time to explain what he did and why. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
Showed up within an hour of my call ( on a Sunday and holiday weekend). Was very quick to get the problem resolved while being very courteous. Also treated my 2 year like a friend. Can't say enough about the technician that helped us. God bless him! Service: A/C system maintenance
Our AC quit cooling and I reached out to Air Specialty around 9PM. I was contacted fairly quickly by the on call technician who let me know that they would have someone out the next day. The office contacted me the next morning and scheduled an appointment for noon. To my surprise, our technician Blake, let me know he would be arriving early. Blake was quick to diagnose the problem and did a great job of explaining the issue and giving us some helpful tips to survive this heat wave. Overall we were very pleased with Air Specialty and can’t recommend them highly enough!
