Taylor Made Services is a fantastic company. From the initial contact I received a visit and great priced quote within 1 day from Craig, their field inspector and field rep. The owner Mike and project manager came by before starting th job to answer any questions I might have and review the scope of work. The job was scheduled and completed exactly on the day and time promised which was much appreciated. The workers were very skilled and fixed any problems with the decking that were found before installing the new roof. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Taylor Made for any work in the future. My experience with Taylor Services was fantastic! The new fortified roof and some additional work also got me a HUGE discount on my homeowners insurance ! Something unusual in this world we live in today. About six months ago, I had them replace the roof on both my house and garage with a “Fortified roof system”. From start to finish the process was painless with good communication from all involved . Pricing was fair , especially with the First Responder discount they applied. The workmanship is excellent and was done when they said it would be done, at the agreed upon price, with the crew completing the job in one day. Strip off, install new fortified roof and haul away debris , leaving a perfectly clean Jobsite. They also repaired all damaged wood and some issues hidden from when my house was first built that we did not know about.
