I accidentally cut the water line in my front yard because the home builder (DR Horton) only buried the line about 3” under the ground, and we needed help quickly. I worked with Shannon and Glenn to schedule an appointment as soon as possible and they kept me updated throughout the process. When Jake came to the house, he fixed the water line and gave us tips on how to care for the plumbing in our house. He was thorough, efficient, and extremely professional. Danny C. was WONDERFUL! Replacing our water heater turned in additional work on our kitchen sink faucet that we have had ongoing issues with for years. I always said, "no need to call a plumber until it becomes totally clogged." Well, today was the day due to all the sediment from the old water heater being sucked into the pipes (nothing Danny did). I decided that today was the day to save my husband another "honey do" job that ended up being HORRENDOUS due to the small area under the sink where the work needed to be done. Danny was the best, did a fantastic job and didn't complain when the extra job was added. We will definitely use Walley Plumbing Company again when a need arises.

Philip was our repairman. He did an excellent job. He made great suggestions, helped save us some money, and came even earlier than expected to get the project finished. He was very down to earth and knowledgeable about what needed to be done with our bathroom pipes and toilet replacements. I highly recommend him. He reflects well on Walley’s.
